If you are purchasing a Season Package, you will be asked to nominate the seats you’d like to have. You can be as specific as you like with what seats you would like. We will then personally lock in your seats when processing your Season Package. If your nominated seats are not available for the performance selected, we will contact you with your options.

Restricted view refers to seats that have restricted viewing of the stage or event. C reserve tickets only have partial obstruction. D reserve tickets can have up to half the stage restricted.

Your tickets will be processed within 3 weeks of your order being placed.
If you have selected a payment plan, your tickets will be sent once the final payment has been made.

Premium: Centrally positioned seats that give the best views.
A-Reserve: Excellent seats that offer clear and unrestricted views.
B-Reserve: These seats may be positioned further from the stage. Among the lower-cost seats, these offer the best value.
C-Reserve: These seats are positioned further from the stage and have minor restrictions on side of stage views, however, the centre of the stage is still clearly visible.
D-Reserve: These seats are located in the rear or sides of the theatre and have a restricted view. These seats are located in the extreme rear or sides of the theatre, however, the centre of the stage is still clearly visible.

Exchanges are free for season package holders if exchanging into the same price type and seating reserve. Fees may apply for upgrades to other price types and seating reserves.
Exchanges can only be made for performances within the same production season, subject to availability. Exchanges must be finalised prior to the performance.
