Kassidy Thompson


Born in Brisbane, Queensland, Kassidy began her dance training with Nicole Marshman Geyl, later moving to train at Classical Coaching Australia. In 2016 she was accepted into the John Cranko Ballett Schule in Stuttgart, Germany and graduated in 2018 with a diploma in Classical Dance.

Some of Kassidy’s repertoire highlights include Aire by Uwe Scholtz, Dracula by Krzysztof Pastor, Big Swans in Krzysztof Pastor’s Swan Lake, Who Cares by George Balanchine, Unicorn and Cat in Javier Torres’s The Sleeping Beauty, In 3 min 40 by Gakuro Matsui, and Shade soloist in Greg Horsman’s La Bayadere.

In her spare time, Kassidy enjoys spending time with friends and family, pilates, reading and being with her cat

Kassidy joined West Australian Ballet as a Young Artist in 2019, and was promoted to Corps de Ballet in December 2019.
