DANCE AND WELLBEING RESOURCES

West Australian Ballet, supported by Healthway, have worked closely with Telethon Kids Institute to create a series of online workshops which focus on utilising dance to improve young people’s mental and physical health and wellbeing. With a wide variety of workshop exercises available, use these videos to explore a range of health and wellbeing topics through dance. These free classroom resources are available for a range of year groups, from Kindy-Year 12 and cover topics such as nutrition, mindfulness, self-esteem and many more.
