We have received your submission requesting tickets to your preferred Ballet to Broadway performance date. Your new tickets will be allocated before your performance date.

E-tickets: your new e-tickets will be issued via email prior to the performance. This may take up to three days to process. We kindly remind you to check your junk or spam folders.

Printed tickets: your new tickets will be available for collection at His Majesty's Theatre Box Office, open from one hour prior to the performance.

Please note, tickets to the cancelled 2:00pm Thursday 11 May performance are now no longer valid. You can discard these tickets.

Our ticketing team will endeavour to re-seat your tickets in the same, or better, reserve as you had purchased previously.
