We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the performance start time. There are multiple nearby bus and train routes; visit the Transperth website to plan your journey. Please allow additional time for arrival on weekends, especially when travelling by car.
The venue box office opens from 1.5 hours prior to the show, and the theatre lobby will open one hour prior to show start.

There are several nearby carparks, the closest being His Majesty’s Carpark via entry from Murray Street. Please see the City of Perth Parking and Wilson Parking for the most up to date information around pricing and availability. Parking may be limited in certain carparks based on other nearby events, so please plan ahead.

His Majesty’s Theatre and West Australian Ballet strive to make every visit as accessible and enjoyable as possible. We encourage patrons with specific requirements to advise their needs at the time of booking. A hearing loop is available throughout most of the auditorium, and we offer audio description and tactile tours for specific performances. Companion cards are accepted at all West Australian Ballet performances.

Crew & King Café, located within his His Majesty’s Theatre, opens two hours prior to performances in the Main Auditorium, and bookings are advised. There are several other restaurants close by the theatre including Heno & Rey at the InterContinental Perth City Centre.
There are several bars inside His Majesty’s Theatre offering beverages and light snacks. Food is not permitted to be consumed inside the auditorium; however, drinks are permitted in stemless glassware.

Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance and may be required to sit in an alternate seat until an interval. If you leave the theatre during the performance for any reason, you may not be re-admitted until a suitable break and may not be able to return to your allocated seat until an interval.
