STEFANO RUSSIELLO

Stefano started his ballet training at Teatro di San Carlo in Naples Italy and then moved to Teatro Dell’Opera di Roma where he graduated in 2013. He has worked at Teatro Dell’Opera di Roma under the direction of Micha van Hoecke where he performed in Swan Lake by Patrice Bart and Dance of the Mirlitons in The Nutcracker and then under the direction of Eleonora Abbagnato.

 

In 2014 he worked at Teatro Massimo di Palermo where he danced the role of Franz’s Friend in Coppélia by Amedeo Amodio.

 

In 2015 he joined The Israel Ballet where he danced the Fairy Doll Pas de Trois, Winter and Spring Pas de Deux in Cinderella by Ronald Savkovic and the Mazurka Solo from Raymonda.

 

In 2016 Stefano joined West Australian Ballet as a Corps de Ballet member and has since has the opportunity to dance many significant roles such as James in La Sylphide by Dinna Bjørn after August Bournonville, Peter in Russell Kerr’s Peter Pan, Benvolio in Romeo and Juliet by Yuri Vamos and Nick Carraway in David Nixon’s The Great Gatsby.

 

In his spare time he loves spending time with his friends and listening to music
