Sarah Hepburn

Sarah began her ballet training at the June Stevens Dance Academy in Perth, Western Australia and later trained at Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts.


Upon graduating from WAAPA, she was offered a contract with West Australian Ballet as the company’s first ever young artist in 2008 and was soon thereafter promoted to corps de ballet during the Ballet at the Quarry season that same year.


Her career highlights so far have included dancing Bianca in John Cranko’s Taming of the Shrew, Juliet in Youri Vámos’ Romeo and Juliet, Bluebird in Marcia Haydée’s Sleeping Beauty, Olga in Cranko’s Onegin, Giselle in Aurelien Scannella’s Giselle, Lise in Marc Ribaud’s La Fille mal Gardée and Snow White in Gyula Harangozò’s Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. 


In her free time Sarah enjoys perfecting her skills in nail art as well as taking her dog ‘Hugo’ to the local park with her husband and spending time with their dog park friends.
