THE KIRA BOUSLOFF BEQUEST CIRCLE

As the oldest continuously running ballet company in Australia, West Australian Ballet celebrates our past and looks forward to a vibrant future where the lives of West Australians are enriched through their experiences in ballet.

By leaving a gift in your will, you can play an important part in the story of our company and the future of ballet in perpetuity.

The Kira Bousloff Circle honours those who have provided for a legacy gift to West Australian Ballet know Aurélien and our dancers, and gain insight into the fascinating world of ballet.

History of The Kira Bousloff Bequest Circle

West Australian Ballet was established in 1952 by Madame Kira Bousloff who came to Australian as a ballerina with the Ballets Russes. Mme Bousloff visited Perth whilst on holiday and fell in love with the city which reminded her of the French Riviera. West Australian Ballet became the State ballet company in 1970.

The Kira Bousloff Circle is named in honour of West Australian Ballet’s founder and for those visionary individuals who provide for its future.
